Border patterns for each chapter

One of the most rewarding parts of the Herbal the Gerbil website project was designing and producing the custom patterns (background and border patterns) for each of the eleven chapters of the story.

Each pattern is a fanciful abstraction  of the paw prints or tracks of one of the animal characters in the story.
